Jiangsu Huaxin New Material Co.,Ltd is officially appointed as a supporting enterprise of China¡¯s Golden Card Project and renowned for being the sole supplier with a full set of materials comprising the second generation of resident ID cards of China. As a national new high-tech enterprise in China, Huaxin has the largest scale, the highest quality and the most diverse product variety in the current domestic field of smart card base materials.
Huaxin has 7 production lines including calendering lines and thin film coating lines with annual production capacity of 28,000 tons. Huaxin has brought in the most advanced five-roller calendering lines from Europe. All production indexes during the whole production process are quantified and automatically controlled by computer. It mainly produces card materials like PVC¡¢ABS¡¢PET¡¢PETG¡¢Poly-carbonate(PC) and PHA and new bio-environmental materials which can be used for various industries including finance, transport, medical treatment, electronic information, social security, decoration, packaging, etc. Till now, Huaxin products have been used in Russia, Indonesia, India, Brazil, ***in and so on, more than 30 countries.
Huaxin has set up the National Post-***toral scientific research station, owned Provincial Card Material R&D Center and provincial Enterprise Technology Center etc. Moreover, Huaxin has achieved dozens of national patents for innovation. Among the patents, the PETG material has been not only used as the sole designated material for China¡¯s Second Generation National ID cards, but also appointed as new generation ID card material in Indonesia.
